Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm and prepare your order once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we can’t fulfil it — for example, due to availability or a delivery area we don’t serve.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). 5% GST is added at checkout, along with any delivery fee. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we don’t store your full card details.

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and availability varies. If a specific stem isn’t available, we may substitute one of equal or greater value in a similar style and colour, keeping the overall look and feel of your chosen design.

Delivery

We deliver across Calgary and nearby suburbs. We aim for same-day delivery and the time window you choose, but delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic or access. Please provide an accurate address and, where possible, the recipient’s phone number.

Cancellations & refunds

Because flowers are perishable and made to order, what we can return depends on how much notice we have. Counted from your chosen delivery time: 24 hours or more — 90% back to your card, or 100% as store credit; less than 24 hours — 50% back to your card, or 75% as store credit, because by then the flowers for your order have been bought and prepared and often already arranged. Changes are free before the delivery day, and the address can be changed free of charge right up until the driver leaves. An order already out for delivery cannot be cancelled. Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. We aren’t liable for delays or issues outside our reasonable control.
